The Bid Management Institute delivers both face-to-face and online training targetted directly at skills development in bid management. We deliver several courses over one or two days focussing on Foundation Bid Practice and specific areas unique to our methodology such as Response Coaching and Bid Analytics (R).

We only deliver training as part of an overall Bid Management Capability Implementation Plan for clients.

In late 2011, BMI will roll out the BMI Institute Online. Here you will be able to enrol in modules of your choice (9 in all) representing all the various skills sets of bid management. The Institute will track your progress and you can study at your own pace from anywhere you have internet access. The Online Institute is open to students regardless of whether they are clients of ours.

Bid Management Institute

The Bid Management Institute conducts three training programs designed to empower your people, enhance your existing Bid Management process (regardless of its level of maturity), reduce your bidding costs and increase your win rate.

Training is conducted on site for clients in Australia, Singapore, Japan, India and Hong Kong.

What's New

We are currently trialling 2 new courses: Requirement Analysis for Solution Architects and How to Answer a Response Requirement (for Subject Matter Experts).

These will be released in the second half of 2011.

At the end of 2011, BMI will launch the Bid Management Institute online. This elearning portal will offer our traditional courses in a rich, interactive multi-media environment where participants will be able to pace their learning to balance the demands of their job.
